renderings and animations for their reality challenge shows, including Discovery Channel's new show, Man vs. Bear. Sarah still loves designing for theatre and often returns to to her alma mater, Auburn University, to design for the main stage. Sarah is also a professional scenic painter and trained at Cobalt Studios in New York in 2013. Throughout her summers in school, she worked professionally across the country as an assistant paint charge artist for companies like Colorado and Illinois Shakespeare Festivals and Summer Repertory Theatre in Santa Rosa, CA.
Sarah Rose is a scenic and production designer originally from Birmingham, AL and is currently based in Los Angeles, California. She received her MFA in design from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Art Directors Guild Production Design Initiative.
Sarah discovered her passion for set design at a young age, beginning her training in the theatre and working her way to tv and film in Los Angeles. She began her career in the art department working on the hit crime drama, Criminal Minds, as the art department assistant. Sarah was the production designer for season 14 of CMT's The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team, and she is currently working in the art department on the last season of Modern Family at Fox Studios.
